WHEN TO ARRIVE AND WHAT TO BRING:  

• Show up 20-30 minutes in advance of your shift start time to get through security. 
• You will receive brief training at the start of your shift, so please be on time. We start promptly.
• You'll go through a quick security screening (like at a concert). Small fanny packs and handbags are fine, but do not bring large backpacks. You won't be able to take them in.
• Eat beforehand.  Bring a snack bar and a water bottle. We won't have food available. 
• Dress comfortably.
• We encourage you to take photos and share them on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. We will have free WiFi.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION

• YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR OWN REGISTRATION ONLINE, by following the instructions provided to you in your confirmation email . 
• If not, email us at [email protected] if you have any questions or need help.
• Please do not show up with others who are not registered; they may not be able to get in.

PHOTO WAIVER AND RELEASE:  

By registering for the 9/11 Day Meal Pack, you agree to read and abide by the Terms & Conditions, and waivers of liability that govern this volunteer service project, including giving us permission to take and publish photos of you, and any minor children that may be accompanying you, for the express and limited purpose of sharing information about the 9/11 Day Meal Pack to media organizations and others.
